Apex Flow Labs LLC runs Apex Flow 3D Studio. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Studio or buy a package.
The free Studio
The models you describe on the homepage are built in your browser. Your descriptions and the models are not sent to our servers. Your order cart is kept in your browser session so it survives a trip to checkout.
When you buy a package
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and card information; we receive your name, email, billing country or address, what you bought and the brief you wrote. We never receive your full card number. We use this to deliver your order, send receipts and answer your questions.
Service providers
- Stripe: payments and receipts.
- Vercel: hosting; it keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: deliver fonts and code files to your browser, which shares your IP address with them.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Briefs and files you send are kept while we work on your order and for up to 12 months after delivery so we can handle revisions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete. Email info@apexflowlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Studio is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
