Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Apex Flow Labs LLC (“Apex Flow Labs”, “we”, “us”), 10400 Twin Cities Rd, Ste 20, Galt, CA 95632, for your use of Apex Flow 3D Studio at 3d.apexflowlabs.com (the “Studio”) and any 3D modeling package you buy from us. By using the Studio or placing an order you accept these terms.
1. The free Studio
The Studio turns plain-language descriptions into 3D models in your browser and lets you download them as STL files. Free models are provided as-is. Check every file in your slicer or 3D application before you print or use it.
2. Packages, orders and payment
Packages, bundles and prices are listed on the Studio and the pricing page in U.S. dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an email receipt.
3. Your brief and delivery
Each package lists what is included and an estimated delivery time. The estimate starts once we have everything we need from you, such as your description, measurements, photos or logo files. If something is missing we will ask for it by email. Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees; our refund policy explains what happens if we miss one.
4. Revisions
Revisions are included where a package lists them. A revision is a change to the work we delivered within the original brief. A new object, a new style or a change of scope is a new order.
5. Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, name, drawing and file you send us, and that our using them to make your order does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any order that asks us to copy a trademark, a copyrighted character, a real person’s likeness without consent, or anything unlawful, and we will refund it in full.
6. Who owns the result
When your order is paid in full, you own the custom files we make for you and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in your brief. Our tools, code, templates and the free Studio models remain ours; you may use free Studio downloads for personal and commercial printing.
7. Printing and safety
3D printed parts vary with printer, material and settings. Do not use any model from us for safety-critical, medical, load-bearing, food-contact or child-safety purposes unless a qualified professional has tested and approved it for that use.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Studio to break the law, attack or overload the service, copy it, or create weapons or weapon parts.
9. Warranty and liability
Except as stated in our refund policy, the Studio and our work are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including failed prints, materials or lost profits.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Sacramento County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. Questions: info@apexflowlabs.com.
